We have added some new positions this year! Please remember the more involved you are, the better you will know what’s going on!

Need help tracking your BSEs? Yeah, you and me both! It can get a little ( a lot) confusing…don’t forget to ask lots of questions over the next four years! :)

Costs & BSEs

The cost for the season is $875, with payments due on the 1st of the month starting in May.  There's a $100 discount if your fees are paid in full by 8/1/24.

All fundraising amounts will also appear as credits against your balance in Cut Time.   We are still using Raise Right (see below) for year round fundraising. Our biggest fundraiser is our flower sale and we have smaller fundraisers such as the mum sale, mattress sale, etc.

Cut Time is the program used to track your fee payments and fundraising credits.  Cut Time communicates through text messages and allows for payment through a phone’s web browser. Payments can still be made via Venmo, check or cash. Please only give checks and cash to treasurer representatives of our Booster Board.  Let us know if you have any questions.

BSEs are Booster Supported Events that are volunteer requirements to help us make money to offset the band costs.  BSEs will be tracked outside of Cut Time.  Please be aware that BSEs are required as they help us fundraise and keep your fees low. There is a cost associated with not completing BSEs ($75 per BSE not completed) and all fees need to be paid prior to your student  getting their patches at the end of the season.

This year the lead at all BSE events will have a QR code that timestamps your arrival to the BSE and when you leave.  Both sign in and sign outs must be completed in order to receive a BSE credit.  A list of the 13 BSEs and one student BSE are below.
